CHLOÉ & VASSILENA SERAFIMOVA SEQUENZA Started as a one shot in 2017, the collaboration between the French producer/composer and DJ and the instrumentalist of Bulgarian origin continues live and in the studio. A unique duo between machines and percussion, electronics and acoustics which combines with the future. The rhythmic and aerial character of the marimba, the alliance with the beats and the programming join registers that we find in the soundtrack of Steven Soderbergh's Solaris by Cliff Martinez or in Pantha du Prince. Very motivated by these first milestones and the enthusiasm that the project arouses, the duo released a 45rpm vinyl as part of Session Unik (produced by Adami and Radio France). This release for Record Store Day includes the very rhythmic track Balani, and another more climatic one (Dvé Hubavi Otchi), recorded at the Maison de la Radio, directly on vinyl and without retouching. Like all the compositions of the project, these two titles were born from live sessions and matured over time during the concerts.
