He founded the Anapolis group with Louis Martinez (founder of “Jazz à Sète”) in the early 1980s, which was one of the first French Bossa-Nova-Jazz groups. These compositions are inspired by the MPB (Brazilian Popular Music) movement. As part of the release of his 3rd album “Puxa Vida” in 2015, he pays tribute to this music and its great composers.
