DOMAINE CAPMARTIN

Born into a family of wine for generations, Guy Capmartin created its field in 1986 "Convent Maumusson" in the Gers (32), driven by the passion of his elders. The story begins with Domain Capmartin 1.5 ha vineyard rentals, the first harvest produce 60 hl under the 1987 vintage. Gradually, the field grows, and its reputation grows, making now the Convent of Maumusson an appointment must for lovers of authentic and Madirans Pacherencs and quality. Quality gained over twenty-four years of cultivation of the vine in a friendly mood of the environment. First of all conventional and rational, it is at the beginning of the 2000s a new way of inspiration, the production of organic wines. Now in the first year of conversion to organic farming, the year 2010 is a turning point for Domaine Capmartin. After four years working in personal conviction, starts a new challenge, that of the value of its wines by labeling AB.
