The vineyard represented, at the time, an area of 4 hectares of vines vinified on the farm... Over the years it has grown to reach about fifteen hectares... We are then in the 80s , it was at this time that the first Armagnac eaux-de-vie were distilled.
First with the idea of producing Flocs de Gascogne then, faced with growing demand, came the aging of Armagnacs in the Oak barrels. This is how our collection of vintages began, the oldest of which are now around thirty years old.
After spending a few years gleaning a bit of professional experience outside the estate on different appellations, Denis returned to the family estate and took over his brother Thierry's shares in 1995, bringing a business dynamic: the estate was now represented on some shows and fairs. Over the years, the structure developed both in terms of the wine cellars and the vineyard where grape varieties suitable for distillation were planted with the arrival of the Folles Blanches and the red grape varieties, Merlot Cabernet, which will lead the vineyard to 25 hectares. today.
