Open door to the Dialogue of Dreams. Françoise Amadieu: Amazing relief paintings Françoise Amadieu is one of those rare artists who invents her own creative technique. She cuts, folds, sculpts and paints an unusual material: corrugated cardboard. Recovered, made solid and durable thanks to an original process, this poor material is transmuted under his fingers into works of great richness in an original figurative style full of light and sensuality. His unique cardboard folding technique reveals light and shadow through relief, creating an impression of movement. She dresses her characters by undressing the cardboard to work with the materials and create her volumes. Françoise Amadieu has had numerous exhibitions in France and abroad. DJEBEL: If painting has marked a large and long part of his artistic work, sculpture has always been present in various forms: accumulation, reuse of burlap (Ladies series), numerous installations (t'es really fringué series like a bag) or (migrants series). More recently, Djebel has undertaken work on metal, steel in particular. The idea of confronting a harder, more solid material that can also exist outdoors.
