This cottage, adjoining the owners, located in the countryside and just 2 km from the heart of Marciac, offers an exceptional view of the Gers hills.
At your disposal 3 bedrooms (for 7 people), ideal for families who can discover and take care of the farmyard animals and enjoy the 3,000 m² park.
You will also have the chance to meet Claude, who will tell you about the Landes race, the traditional arena game of Gascony.
To satisfy your taste buds, Bernadette and Claude will be happy to give you access to the vegetables from their kitchen gardens! And the orchard will not be outdone with cherries, plums, persimmons, figs, hazelnuts and grapes.

Description of the 3 bedrooms:
• One bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed (new 2021 bedding), 2 bedside tables with lamp, dressing room, mirror, chairs, desk, WC and private bathroom.
• A bedroom (recent bedding) with 1 bed 90 and 2 beds. 1 large bedside table with lamp, dressing room, mirror, chairs, desk, WC and private bathroom.
• One bedroom, accessible by an outside staircase, has a 160 x 200 bed (new 2021 bedding), 2 bedside tables with lamp, dressing room, mirror, chairs, desk, WC and private bathroom.

Note that towels and bath towels will be made available, but also that the living room has a pellet stove which diffuses the heat in 2 bedrooms upstairs. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are also equipped with a radiant electric heater.
Outside, a round tubular swimming pool above ground of 4.50 m in diameter (in common with the owner) and a park of 3000 m² fully fenced
