You will enjoy the private terrace at the 67 m² gite to take your meals there. An above-ground swimming pool 4.50m in diameter is to be shared with the owners. Relaxation corners are arranged in the garden, you can also admire an old and huge oak tree of a rare species. Children's games available: frisbee, soccer ball, skittles, petanque, a swing, children's bikes, board games, books etc...
Hiking trails are near the cottage, they will allow you to reach Marciac on foot or by bike. Claude and Bernadette will be happy to show you the best addresses in the area. The gîte de la Saubolle is next to the road to Santiago de Compostela and 20 km from the European route d'Artagnan and the native village of d'Artagnan.
A beautiful living room of 46 m² with large openings onto the terrace, a kitchen open to the dining area and the living room with sofas, tv, pellet stove. Access to the first two bedrooms is via a staircase. An attic bedroom with skylight has a 100 cm bed and 2 90 cm bunk beds, this bedroom has its own shower room and private toilet. The second bedroom is equipped with a 140 bed, a dressing room, a shower room and a private toilet, you will appreciate the pretty view of Marciac. The third bedroom is accessible by an outside staircase, it is equipped with a 160 bed, a dressing room, a shower room and a private toilet.
You will also enjoy a nice view of Marciac and the garden. Internet access is via wifi and also via ethernet cables for better reception, especially for teleworking (ideal accommodation for teleworkers living in the countryside). Outside the summer, this accommodation can also accommodate workers working in the surrounding area. This accommodation is open all year round.
