Big party on the farm! Like every year, spend a wonderful day on the farm with lots of entertainment. ACTIVITIES *9 a.m.: 7km family walk, guided by Marie Laure from the En Terre Agir association, with reading of the landscape and discovery of the flora *from 11 a.m.: start of the activities: - Masterclass in cutting ham Bones of Bigorre Black Pig AOP 24 months of refining by a “Fine Blade” Master Cutter, - Chainsaw wood sculpture of a Bigorre black pig, real size, - Demonstration of herding dog training, in working with sheep - Presentation of Miranda cow - Visits to the farm, notably the Pig Noir de Bigorre maternity ward - Local producers' market and artistic crafts FOR EATING - LUNCH You will choose directly from the producers' stand the plate which you like: salty or sweet, depending on the producer; and on our stand you can eat Bigorre Black Pork sausage and potatoes. - EVENING, on the menu: Starter of raw vegetables with raw vegetables from the Ferme de Noé, melon from the dairy farm and co, and Porc Noir de Bigorre AOP: sausage and ham 24 months maturing Côte chine de Porc Noir de Bigorre of 400g, grilled by Gueuleton Toulouse caterers and their potatoes with “Gueuleton” sauce Dessert: Dame blanche crepe: Ange Lacroix crepes, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream from GAEC Givré desprès, whipped cream and chocolate coulis Bread and coffee included €35/pers, with 1 Pousse Rapière aperitif or 1 soft drink per person will be offered for any reservation and payment on this site, to do this click on the button below The aperitif will be enchanted by the voices of the Bigourdans singers “Les Adishatz du Magnoac” and the evening will be enhanced by “Monsieur Greg”, find DJ Mary Muraro in the 3rd part of the evening. €18 for children under 10 years old, with a few slices of Bigorre Black Pork sausage, Bigorre Black Pork ribs and potatoes, sweet crepe Find out more about the Domaine Rey Marie and Nicolas REY are pig breeders Black from Bigorre in the Gers.
