- Recently installed in the department of Gers (Couloumé-Mondébat) in livestock farming, my companion and I set up a production workshop for mohair (angora goat wool) and a vegetable orchard. We produce high-end mohair textiles (socks, gloves,... Recently installed in the department of Gers (Couloumé-Mondébat) in livestock farming, my companion and I set up a production workshop for mohair (angora goat wool) and a vegetable orchard. We produce high-end mohair textiles (socks, gloves, mittens, berets, hats, scarves, shawls, sweaters, ponchos, ...) as well as fresh vegetables and artisanal jams. Our products (ready-to-wear in mohair and jams) are sought after by a clientele that wishes to promote the local, ethics and which aims for quality. We offer products for all seasons: winter, summer, mid-season. Regarding the textile workshop, we have integrated the "Mohair des Fermes de France" quality approach (see PJ), and are in the process of obtaining the Organic Agriculture label. We can welcome the public on the farm (discovery of angora goats, shop on site). We seek to make ourselves known because we are starting our activity (for 1 year) and have a fairly original production (only mohair farm in Gers).
