In the heart of the Saint Mont vineyard and the Pyrenees Pyrenees, "La Petite Table" embodies the interpretation of cuisine in taste and simplicity. Chef Jean Paul Tossens offers a gastronomic experience based on the finest regional products and elsewhere, revisiting the great classics of the French tradition. The establishment is surrounded by 7 hectares of vines mainly composed of Tannat planted on a very limestone soil and pampered by the winegrowers of Plaimont Producers. They are used to make one of the most emblematic cuvées of the Saint-Mont appellation. You can taste an impressive collection of AOC Saint Mont wines or rigorously selected winemakers as well as great Armagnacs.
