Opening hours Monday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Tuesday to Saturday 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. During the Jazz in Marciac Festival, open 7 days a week, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

L'Essentiel wishes to promote fair, united and local exchanges between producers, consumers and distributors, a system where each link must be found.

Why consume organic?
