Located as its name suggests in the Val d'Adour, in the heart of a Natura 2000 area, the Maison de l'Eau aims to inform the public about water issues. In addition to a room that accommodates models and various exhibitions related to water, the natural site of 100 ha is equipped with an educational path along the Adour accessible to adults and children.

Open all year round and free of charge, this course is equipped with educational signage and observation posts. You will discover remarkable environments (alluvial forest, dead arms, old mining basins, pebble landings) frequented by rare animal species: otters, cistudes (species of turtle), Eurasian Cordulia (dragonfly); In July and August, activities to discover the Adour are offered with kayak outings, guided walks on foot or by mountain bike and fishing initiations.
