TILACOTTAGE is located in Tillac, a 14th century village in the heart of the Gers. At the front of the house, the large garden offers a green and flowery space. At the back a private swimming pool with all comfort to relax. The two cottages can be rented separately or in full (decreasing rate). The establishment is ideally located, 12 km from MARCIAC where the international jazz festival takes place every year This magnificently renovated former 19th century farm worker's chalet has been transformed into two very comfortable gites while retaining the traditional aspect of the house In the 2 gites, living room, dining room and kitchen, are grouped together according to an open space concept, all comfortably furnished and well equipped The bedrooms upstairs are vaulted, with original beams, half-timbering, parquet floors and offer plenty of storage space. Each room is equipped with a bathroom (bath or shower) and WC. At the back of the house, surrounded by oleanders and other flowering shrubs, the 11m x 5m swimming pool (with diving pit). At your disposal an outdoor shower and deck chairs. Each cottage has a covered terrace, individually lit, allowing you to dine alfresco and admire the sunset. Barbecue at your disposal.
