Come admire an emblematic vineyard of the AOC Saint Mont: Château de Sabazan, worked with care by the winegrowers of Plaimont since 1987. After visiting the vineyard and the vat room, a unique experience will await you in the barrel cellar: a tasting in the barrel of the vintage being matured, which will allow you to better understand the influence of barrel aging. The visit will end with a vertical tasting of Château Sabazan 1988-1996-2016. Possibilities for visiting Sabazan Castle: 9 a.m.: Electric-assisted bicycle (VAE) tour: independently – €75 – from 2 people ☞ Enjoy a ride on an VAE.
