Small detached house in the countryside, ideal for relaxing in a quiet corner of the Gers at the foot of the Château de Sabazan vineyard.

Enjoy a countryside getaway in a 55 m² detached house located at the foot of Sabazan Castle in the heart of the Gascon vineyards. Private access to the rental, which can accommodate 4 people. Sabazan is a small village nestled on a hill, with its castle and 12th-century church. Ideally situated for exploring Nogaro (racing circuit) 10 minutes, Marciac (jazz festival) 20 minutes, Vic-Fezensac (bullfighting, Latin music) 20 minutes, and Auch and its cathedral 1 hour away... Hiking and mountain biking trails are available. Lake Aignan with its open-air café, swimming, fishing, and treetop adventure course is 5 minutes away. Accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. No smoking. No pets allowed. Cleaning fee : €80. Tourist tax : €1.44. Minimum stay : 3 nights.
