Description

Domaine Berthoumieu was founded in the 1850s by Virgile Dutour, in the town of Viella in the Gers. After several generations, Marie-Line & Didier Barré took it over in the 1990s to make it an undisputed reference in the Madiran & Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh appellations. On its 25 hectares, this property produces ambitious wines always combining personality, identity and balance. Claire and Marion Bortolussi, two sisters united in their passion for wine, will now be keen to continue this work started more than 150 years ago while providing their personal vision of what the great wines of the South West are.
