I moved into poultry farming in 2013, I immediately wanted to be in contact with customers through direct sales.
Rémi, my husband, joined me in 2017 with his Tarasconnaise sheep farms and his cows, notably a few Angus.
At present, we offer ready-to-cook chickens, guinea fowl, capons at the end of the year, as well as lamb parcels, veal parcels, eggs and prepared canned meals: chicken rillettes, couscous of sheep, sautéed and veal axoa, chicken in jelly.
