Fabien and his team welcome you and now offer you the opportunity to taste and buy AOC Madiran, Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh and Béarn wines as well as local products from the Vic-Bilh cannery. Amédée Doléris spent his retirement in his native village of Lembeye and began planting a 20 hectare vineyard. There he will create a collection of French grape varieties which he will vinify as in their region of origin. At the foot of the Lembeye coast, along the Pau road, he built a set of receiving cellars, vats, quayside presses, then storage and aging cellars along the stream.
