Description
On the family estate, I produce wines in AOC Madiran and Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh as well as some more atypical vintages.
Given the geographical location, it seemed obvious to me to practice plot selection, in order to express the different facets offered by Tannat and Manseng, our king grape varieties.
I also chose, out of conviction, to manage the vineyard in Organic Agriculture, more respectful of the plant, man and his environment.
In the cellar, I set myself a guideline: the preservation of the fruit. To follow it as best as possible, I use a variety of winemaking and aging methods adapted to each plot.
