We are Breeders, Force-feeders and Canners at the Farm and winegrowers for 45 years. We strive to preserve the Gers gastronomic tradition through the production of duck preserves: foie gras, confits, ready meals. From their first day, the ducks are raised in freedom in grassy parks for 14 weeks, they are then force-fed with whole corn, produced on the farm.
