Located on the slopes of Astarac near the bastide town of Mirande in the south of Gers, Ferme de la Patte d'Oie has been breeding, force-feeding and processing ducks for several generations. This old decorated and flowery country house, located in the middle of oak groves, offers a green and calm environment to discover work on the farm.
