Finally, discover all the great chefs who use the products of the Tomasella Farm in their prestigious kitchens. A bit of history After three generations and 40 years of activity, my mother passed on her know-how and passion to me. Since I was little, I have lived duck, slept duck and eaten duck. For me, raising, force-feeding and cooking is my life. Keeping the authenticity of the product, innovating in search of new recipes, remaining attentive, in contact and as close as possible to my customers.
