The Eauzons! pilot farm is one of the pioneers of aquaponics in France. Built at the end of 2019, the pilot farm combines the best of aquaculture and horticultural technologies. It houses a 1600m2 greenhouse. The plants and fruits grow there thanks to the nutrients from the fish, and made available by the bacteria. From egg to fish and from seed to fruit. Since summer 2020, our production of aromatic plants, vegetables and brook trout has been supplying local shops and restaurants in Gers looking for ultra-fresh and very tasty products. Thanks to our hatchery, we have complete control of the chain.
